When it comes to classes, I have taught classes both in-person and online for various crowds (including corporations such as T-Mobile and Labcorp), ranging from five people up to one hundred. These classes have also spanned from pure spirit tastings to hands-on cocktail creation classes. With my Wine & Spirits Education Trust Level 2 – Spirits and Consejo Regulador del Tequila certifications, I bring a high level of spirits and cocktail knowledge that is still accessible for anyone, even if they’ve never picked up a mixing tin before.
